Relevant experience
Industrial process engineering and practical operations perspectives inform this service. AI capabilities and implementation scope are agreed for each engagement.
Who owns what?
Anas takes responsibility for the agreed analysis and work products. The client provides evidence access, relevant decision-makers and implementation resources. Physical inspection, plant testing and specialist implementation are separately defined where required.

Start with one operational decision
A useful assignment can begin with a reporting routine, an exception workflow or an automation proposal. We establish who uses the information, which action it supports and how to check the output.
- Map the present workflow and its repeated handoffs.
- Define one bounded improvement or pilot.
- Agree data access, human review, evaluation and rollback conditions.
Process assessment and implementation are separate scopes. ERP/MES configuration, integrations or specialist development are included only when explicitly agreed.
