ANAS BOURAS / INDUSTRIAL EXECUTION

Engineering support. Defined around the problem.

For manufacturing organizations, engineering teams and project sponsors needing technical judgment, structured problem-solving or execution leadership.

Independent expertise, defined responsibility.

Based in Casablanca, I support manufacturing and engineering teams in Morocco and internationally. A project inquiry establishes the problem, the required outcome, the evidence available and the responsibilities to be agreed.

01 / ENGAGEMENT

Expert Decision Session

One agreed appointment

Allocated effort
60 minutes for a focused discussion; extended work is scoped separately.
Work products
Structured perspective, important questions and recommended next steps. A session is not a complete technical investigation.

From inquiry to engagement

  1. Share the problem and intended outcome.
  2. Confirm fit, feasibility and evidence access.
  3. Define scope, deliverables and responsibilities.
  4. Agree effort, timing and commercial terms.
  5. Execute and review progress.
  6. Validate acceptance criteria and hand over.

What the scope must establish

Calendar period and allocated effort are separate. Each working day is capped at six hours. Analysis, preparation, meetings and documentation count toward the allocated time. Additional work requires agreement.

The proposal specifies acceptance criteria, client dependencies, reporting, confidentiality arrangements and commercial terms. Travel, onsite requirements, payment milestones and applicable tax terms are confirmed before commitment.

International collaboration

Based in Morocco, working internationally in English, French and Arabic. Remote work can support analysis, planning, quality reviews and governance. Physical inspection and plant validation require explicitly agreed onsite arrangements.

Choose the first step

A decision needs an expert perspective

Choose a session. Share a short nonconfidential brief and leave with priorities, questions to validate and an agreed next step.

The problem or recovery route is unclear

Choose a diagnostic. Provide the available facts; receive an assessment, evidence gaps and a defined execution blueprint.

The workstream is defined and needs execution

Choose a sprint. Agree owners, milestones and resources; review progress and acceptance evidence against the scope.

Continuity and governance are needed

Discuss a monthly mandate with reserved effort, decision rights, escalation and a review cadence.
