ANAS BOURAS / INDUSTRIAL EXECUTION
Quality & Process Recovery
Recurring quality problems? Let’s get to the real constraint.
When to start a conversation
- Recurring defects despite completed corrective actions
- Supplier-quality issues and unclear causal evidence
- Process instability during qualification or ramp-up
How the work is structured
- Define the failure and the evidence needed
- Separate containment, detection and prevention
- Structure causal hypotheses and action ownership
- Agree effectiveness criteria and a validation plan
What the engagement delivers
- Problem definition and evidence plan
- Causal hypotheses and corrective-action log
- Owners, decision points and validation criteria
Relevant experience
Semiconductor back-end process and quality experience, including MRB, CAPA, 8D and industrial qualification.
Who owns what?
Anas takes responsibility for the agreed analysis and work products. The client provides evidence access, relevant decision-makers and implementation resources. Physical inspection, plant testing and specialist implementation are separately defined where required.
Scope and engagement
Based in Morocco, with international remote engagement in English, French and Arabic. Evidence access, responsibilities, deliverables and site-dependent requirements are agreed before execution. The proposal defines the work products and acceptance criteria for your assignment.
Choose a consultation format to see its approved rate. Defined B2B assignments require a scoped quote.

Your first recovery review
Start with a defect definition, the latest corrective-action record and nonconfidential information about recurrence. We separate immediate containment from the investigation and agree which evidence can distinguish the competing causes.
- A precise problem statement and an evidence-gap list.
- Prioritized hypotheses, owners and effectiveness criteria.
- A recommendation on the next investigation or controlled trial.
