ANAS BOURAS / INDUSTRIAL EXECUTION
Workshops
A structured session to work through a defined team challenge.
Choose the outcome
Align on the actual problem, compare decisions, clarify ownership or build an actionable recovery plan. The intended outcome determines the workshop rather than a generic slide deck.
Possible topics
Problem-solving, industrial decisions, execution ownership, communication and leadership. Technical engineering workshops can be scoped through Alfabe; procurement workshops through Lunja.
Session formats to scope
- Focused working session: approximately two hours.
- Half-day workshop: up to three hours.
- Full-day workshop: up to six hours.
Participant count, preparation, language, remote/onsite delivery and facilitation are agreed in the quote. These periods are scoping options, not fixed-priced packages.
